Thomas Riegelein

Senior Project Manager

Thomas Riegelein is enforcing the team of Orange Lion since October 2012. He is responsible for the project management of internal and external projects.

After completing his apprenticeship as Certified Bank Clerk, Thomas studied Business Administration at the University of Bayreuth with focus on Finance and Taxes as well as at the University of Leeds, England, participating in the European students exchange program ERASMUS. Thomas started his professional career in the international consulting company Accenture Ltd, where he worked at last in project management for different international projects.

As of November 2003 he gained and deepened his experiences in 4-star business hoteling for NH Hoteles Germany. As project manager he was responsible for a country-wide implementation of an IT procurement system and reported directly to the executive board. Subsequently, he worked as Deputy Director of the “Leading Hotels of the World” hotel Schlosshotel Bühlerhöhe in Baden-Baden, which he also led on an interim basis.

Thomas has been supporting the Lindner Group since 2008. With Lindner Hotels AG he preliminary worked as Manager Operational Development for conception, implementation, controlling for hotel pre-opening and re-branding projects. Later Thomas was engaged in planning and efficient assignment of investments as Corporate Manager Investment Controlling.

Based on his insight knowledge of operating business hotels as well as luxury hotels, his project management experience of many years as business consultant and as project lead for hotel pre-opening, he supports our projects with his structural and analytical aspects and ideas.
