Orange Lion created a market, location & competition analysis. Based on these results, the expected target groups & guest segments have been evaluated to formulate the resorts space allocation plan with a functionality program. The resort focuses on the domestic market demand as well as on international travellers.
Orange Lion planned the required "back of house" infrastructure like kitchens, housekeeping, receiving area, storage requirements, administrational offices etc. Furthermore, a detailed financial analysis has been calculated in three different scenarios like base-, best- and worst case.
