These include the detailed conceptual development for this resort hotel located close to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. For the land plot of 59,000 m² a total of 181 Apartments, Villas and Bungalows are foreseen. The resort hotel concept is based on three fundamental concept elements:

• Wellness, relaxation, health and beauty
• Sports, recreation and adventure activity
Orange Lion created a market, location and competition analysis with a detailed positioning and the elaboration of the future “Image & Identity” of the project. Additionally, an analysis of the existing planning and dimensions has been undertaken to develop the space allocations of all required areas and the functionality of each resort department, including the back of house requirements like kitchens, housekeeping, receiving area, storage requirements, administration offices a.s.o. Furthermore, a detailed financial analysis has been calculated in three different scenarios like base-, best- and worst case.
