The resorts concept focuses on activities for wellness and beauty, conference & learning centre, sports, adventure and family offers, culinary, bars, lounges, shops and entertainment services. This unique city leisure resort is positioned to attract domestic and international visitors alike as well as the patronage from the Venetian population.
Orange Lion created a market, location & competition analysis. Based on these results, the expected target groups & guest segments have been evaluated to formulate the resort's space allocation plan. LHRE planned all required “front of house” and "back of house" infrastructure like kitchens, housekeeping, receiving area, storage requirements, administrational offices etc.
Furthermore, a detailed financial analysis has been calculated in three different scenarios like base-, best- and worst case.
